absolutely amazing, superb service. Very bespoke patient journey from the first contact to follow up and after care. I have visited Dr Hotaki’s Clinic four times and never had to wait even for a minute in the waiting room. I felt very well looked after and had one hour free consultation and assessment on my first visit. I had plenty of time to go home and think about the treatment plan before coming back for the treatment. I felt I wasn’t forced or pushed into making decisions straight away to have the treatment. Booking appointments is very easy online you can select time and date you prefer. My only suggestion would be to open more appointments as sometime you have to wait up to two weeks to get appointment. I highly recommend Dr Hotaki and his clinic and looking forward to see him again ✌️❣️
